Mindfulness and attention to detail are brought into each and every massage. I wanted to give back to my clients all the enormous benefits of Massage and pass on the "Ahhhhh's" that I received from wonderful caring massage therapists for all those years, and still do! As a result, I understand what it's like to receive massage and how vital it is for my Mind/Body Self-Care. Usually I sought out massage for relief from anxiety and tight, sore muscles.

Mindful massage skin#

Mindful massage how to#
Incorporate the benefits of dry brushing into your session, receive instructions on how to properly do dry brushing at home, and take home your own dry body brush for $10 and facial brush for $5. It also has been shown to reduce symptoms of constipation. Silicone cups are used in a flowing and static manner to relieve stagnation, increase circulation, relieve pain, muscle tension, and increase range of motion.Ī castor oil pack (castor oil, a flannel, and a warm flax pillow)is placed on the abdomen to help promote healing, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation, especially lymphatic circulation.
